My “Off-the-shelf” Packages are offered in 5 different package types. They range from basic entry and reports to full accounts receivable/payable management to catch-up shoe box bookkeeping.
In order to ascertain the level you require, you will need to know roughly how many transactions are processed in a month for your company. The best way to check this is to take the busiest month’s bank and credit card statements, and total the number of transactions (including bank fees /interest charges) on each statement, then add the statement totals together.

Shoe Box Bookkeeping Package
This package is more of an ad-on than an actual package. This package covers starting-up for new business and catching-up for established businesses. Once you’re all caught up, and if you choose to continue our working relationship, you will be given your choice of package at the level consistent with your bookkeeping needs.
Included is a set number of transactions (daily sales and expenses only, there is no accounts payable or receivable management involved in this package, GST, PST, WorksafeBC (or WCB) remittance preparation and entry via respective websites, monthly reporting, including an income statement, trial balance, and profit/loss statement, and year-end preparation and reporting. Pricing includes up to 3 statements per month for all levels, and is based on the amount of time in fiscal quarters you are behind.

Payroll Package Add-On
Payroll can be run weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly or monthly. Pricing is per pay cycle. Included is payroll verification and processing, PD7A processing and remittance through CRA website, EFT and manual cheque preparation, new employee processing, as well as vacation pay, bonus pay and sick pay tracking and YTD reporting.
